In this phase, we help position our client’s offerings and define retail strategies. Based on an interview with the client, we create a number of concepts from which the one most suited to the client’s needs is finally selected. Our design team has extensive experience in designing creative, interesting and innovative solutions.

After refining the initial design, we move on to the prototyping phase, which results in a prototype that allows us to actually verify the design assumptions and refine the last flaws before the production phase. At this stage, in close cooperation with the client, we approve the design and determine the most appropriate methods and construction materials.

After the prototype phase, we create the final technical documentation. We carry out all the necessary technical preparations to ensure that our customers’ designs are produced and delivered within the agreed time, cost and quality. Once the manufacturing process is complete, we work with our customers to ensure a seamless temporary or permanent installation.

Our field teams provide service around the world. Our products are repaired, refurbished and also recycled at the end of their life.

Our CNC milling machine has a working area of 2.2 x 4.1 meters and can perfectly handle the processing of wood and wood-related materials.

Our milling machine is distinguished by:

• high precision and repeatability of machining,
• ideal edge after cutting,
• optimization of the board cutting with the use of an efficient nesting algorithm,
• high-speed drilling and milling in a single plate clamping,
• possibility of side drilling and note cutting,
• manufacture of hard furniture parts ready for veneering (no pre-milling required),

We have equipped our state-of-the-art machinery with a 15kW HOLZHER CUT 6120 series panel saw with pressure beam, which is characterized by precision and aesthetic cutting of a variety of materials without rips or dings. The saw is equipped with an innovative machine tool control system. High-power aggregates provide very high productivity and high flexibility with extreme efficiency. The cutting width we can make a maximum of 4250 mm, while the maximum cutting length is 4400 mm. The maximum cutting height is 95 mm.

We use a modern SPRINT 1329 veneering machine. The unique strength of the HOLZ HER SPRINT lies in realizing rational and perfect finishing of various profiles in a single workflow.  The machine is equipped with narrow plane milling stations. This unit eliminates the smallest visible breakouts on the material. It veneers narrow edges with standotron, PVC, ABS, earns corners and glues solid wood dovetails up to 8 mm. Attention to every detail ensures the high quality of our final products.

In our machine park we have a very efficient FELDER FORMAT-4 KAPPA 550E format saw with a power of 7.5kW and an outrigger table of 1250 x 650 mm. Thanks to the use of high-grade metal alloys, cast iron and aluminum alloys, we are able to provide you with the highest quality service. Our machine is characterized by the highest precision and the control from the position of the digital display allows you to configure and handle your orders in no time.

We also have a second very powerful FELDER K470S format saw. The maximum cutting height is 140mm. The intelligent parallel fence ensures impressive productivity of the machine. The K 740 is also ideal for machining non-metals, plastics and composite materials. Our machine is characterized by the highest precision and productivity which, in translation, guarantees prompt handling of your orders.

Our laser has a working area of 1680 x 2510 millimeters and can perfectly handle cutting large-format materials such as plexiglass, acrylics, plywood, textiles, cardboard and more. Innovative drive technology and its rigid design make the SP2000 ready for production 24/7. Access from four sides allows unlimited unloading and loading even while the machine is cutting.

We are eco and care about the environment! We have a filter that neutralizes 99.9% of the harmful fumes produced during the laser cutting process.

We have a hybrid all-purpose plotter for printing both flexible roll materials and heavy, flat media up to 50mm thick. Our plotter offers printing at resolutions up to 2880 dpi with impressive speeds reaching up to 90m2/hour. In addition, white ink with varnish enables printing of large surfaces with impressive visual effects in the form of gloss and embossing.

Our large-format plotter prints with unprecedented rich colors with vivid and natural hues, provided by TR2 inks that come in up to five configurations, including the new green and orange inks. The plotter provides ideal quality for producing all types of large-format graphics at 1200 DPI resolution.

We have a state-of-the-art, high-performance gas extraction system that has been specially designed to remove dust generated during laser processing. It neutralizes harmful fumes and precipitated substances in 99.9%, making us act in harmony with nature and do not cause environmental pollution. It eliminates odors created during the cutting process, ensures safe laser operation and a clean environment!
